Ziggy & I does not offer returns or exchanges.

When ordering rings be sure to choose your correct ring size. Ziggy & I is not responsible if you chose the wrong ring size. If you do not know your ring size, there are tutorials on Youtube that will show you how to measure your size.

If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact Ziggy & I, with photos of the damaged product, and we will take care of it ASAP.

Please double check that your address is correct before checking out. If a package is marked as return to sender, you will have to pay the shipping fee ($4) for me to ship out your package again. The only way you won’t have to pay the shipping fee is if I wrote the address incorrectly when creating the shipping label.

Missing Packages: No refunds or replacements will be issued unless your package has not arrived 8 business weeks after the shipment date. The tracking information that is provided with your order will be used as proof of delivery status. Unfortunately, I have no control over packages once they are handed off to the mail carrier. I only know as much as you do which is the status shown on the tracking number.

International Orders: At this time Ziggy & I can not offer international shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that this can change in the near future.

Ziggy & I jewelry is made from various bare metals that may tarnish or patina over time. Please do not bathe in your jewelry and keep it in a safe place. You will need to polish your pieces to keep their shine. Our jewelry will not turn your fingers green. If you experience a ring turning your finger green, you are likely allergic to the metals our rings are made with. Please read each listing description to see what materials are used for the product you are purchasing.

Each order comes with a polishing cloth and a jewelry care card. Please be sure to read the jewelry care card and follow all of the instructions. Use the polishing cloth to make your piece shine.

Candles contain a flame while burning and embers upon extinguishing. While burning candles please keep them away from flammable objects and proceed with caution while burning or blowing out your candle. Ziggy and I is not responsible for any negligence on the buyer’s part of mishandling a candle.
