Refund policy

Ziggy & I does not offer returns or exchanges.

Please double check that your address is correct before checking out. If a package is marked as return to sender, you will have to pay the shipping fee ($4) for me to ship out your package again. The only way you won’t have to pay the shipping fee is if I wrote the address incorrectly when creating the shipping label.

Missing Packages: No refunds or replacements will be issued unless your package has not arrived 8 business weeks after the shipment date. The tracking information that is provided with your order will be used as proof of delivery status. Unfortunately, I have no control over packages once they are handed off to the mail carrier. I only know as much as you do which is the status shown on the tracking number.
